Vatt Vriksh began with a simple belief: people are the core catalysts for success. Founded by coach, consultant, and former CEO Mridula Sankhyayan, our purpose-driven firm helps individuals and organizations unleash their full potential.

Our Founder
Mridula Sankhyayan transforms individuals and teams through holistic learning. She has led Talent & Learning functions at top firms and is an international facilitator of leadership and wellbeing programs. Former CEO of Global Talent Track, Mridula’s heart-centered style drives courageous, results-driven leadership and responsible decision-making.
She is also a Trustee at EDUCAIT, an NGO supporting the education of underprivileged children and college students. For the last 12 years, she has conceptualised, designed, and facilitated the POORNA Program, which has been hugely successful in shaping the lives and careers of students.
She holds multiple coaching accreditations (EI, MBTI, HBDI, Harvard Immunity to Change, IILM Executive Coaching) and is a trustee with Educait (NGO for children). With experience across BFSI, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Services, her work spans India, UK, US, APAC, South Africa, UAE, and beyond.
